01 PROFILE

I started trying things at 14. Most didn't work.

Bio

I tried a lot of things from fourteen onwards. Flipping stuff on Facebook. Half-built service ideas. Websites nobody found. Almost none of it worked. What it did do was teach me how to find a person who'll actually pay for what I'm selling.

At sixteen I started AknadPuhtaks, a window-cleaning company in Estonia. I got the first forty paying clients from a laptop and a phone. Meta ads, Facebook groups, cold email, warm intros. Three years later it's still running.

Now I study entrepreneurship and digital tech at Estonian Business School and run AknadPuhtaks on the side. A year into Python, comfortable with HTML and CSS, building small tools with Claude Code. In October I move to Madrid for cybersecurity at SBS. The goal for the next two years is to ship one piece of software that bills customers on its own.

02 TIMELINE

Four years of trying things.

  1. 14 2021
    the start

    First tries. Most failed.

I was fourteen and I wanted to make my own money. I tried a lot of things. Flipping stuff on Facebook. Half-built service ideas. Websites nobody visited. Nothing worked. I learned how to find a customer, set a price, lose, and start over next week.

  2. 15 2022
    go3 · first real job

    F2F sales, shopping malls

A summer at Go3, selling teleservices face to face in Estonian shopping malls. Walk up. Pitch. Close. Repeat. It's the most honest sales training I've had. The product doesn't close the deal, the person selling does.

  3. 16 2023
    aknadpuhtaks · founded

40 paying clients in one summer

Started AknadPuhtaks. Window cleaning, run from a bedroom with a laptop and a phone. Forty paying clients by the end of the first summer, every one of them through a digital channel. Meta ads, Facebook groups, cold email, warm intros. Still operating.

  4. 17 2024
    ebs

    Entrepreneurship, full-time

Started at EBS. Entrepreneurship and digital tech. Classes in the morning, clients in the afternoon. The frameworks that survived contact with my actual business stayed. The ones that didn't, I dropped inside a week.

  5. 17 2024
    sleepi · student company

    Built, launched, wound down

Cofounded Sleepi with two classmates. Bluetooth sleep masks, sold through the EBS student company. We shipped the product, the site, the ads, the support. What we never did was get customer acquisition cost below our margin. I learned what CAC actually means the hard way. Shipping was the easy part.

    right now

    Running. Studying. Building.

Running AknadPuhtaks. Full time at EBS. A year into Python. Comfortable with HTML and CSS. Building small tools with Claude Code. Learning Spanish. Getting ready for Madrid.

    Cybersecurity at SBS Madrid

Madrid. SBS. Cybersecurity. Not a gap year, not a detour. A plan to put a real technical layer under everything I build next. AI, security, infrastructure. I want to read the code myself.

Sleepi

Bluetooth sleep masks, built by three students. We shipped the product, the site, the ads, the support. What we never did was get customer acquisition cost below margin. I learned what CAC means the hard way. Shipping was the easy part.

04 CAPABILITIES

What I've actually done the reps on.

01Sales

Cold outreach, face-to-face and digital

A summer at Go3 selling teleservices in Estonian shopping malls. A few hundred cold opens a week. Same muscle, at scale, on Meta ads, email, DMs, and Facebook groups for AknadPuhtaks. Most of the job is hearing no.

02Ops

Running a service business

AknadPuhtaks is in its third summer. Pricing, scheduling, quality, customer service, chasing invoices. The unglamorous half of a company is the half that keeps it alive.

03Build

Shipping small software

A year into Python. Comfortable with HTML and CSS. I built this site end-to-end. Claude Code is in the loop for everything I don't already know how to do.

04Acq

Customer acquisition, cheap

Meta ads, Facebook groups, cold email, warm intros. Forty paying clients in the first summer of AknadPuhtaks, zero budget, every one through a digital channel. I run the ad account myself.

05Copy

Writing the thing that sells

Ad copy, email sequences, landing pages. The skill I practiced without knowing it was a skill. Still writing the AknadPuhtaks ads and landing pages myself.

06Learn

Figuring things out while it's live

Every business I've run has dropped me into something I didn't know how to do. I figured it out while the meter was running. Nothing sticks like the lesson you paid for.

05 PRINCIPLES

How I work, in four lines.

  1. 01>Nothing in a business gets fixed until somebody sells something.
  2. 02>Failure is information. Buy as much as you can afford.
  3. 03>Don't drop the thing that's working for something shinier.
  4. 04>Solve a real problem. Ship something. Charge money.

Learning, in prep for Madrid

07 What I'm setting up to do
I want to build software people use without thinking about it. Security people trust without knowing my name. Tools that earn their place in somebody's day. Not slogans, not demos, not decks. Estonia today. Madrid next. The rest is the work.
